How to Purchase from Farafoulad?
Select the desired product and receive a proforma invoice from the sales department.
Agree on payment terms (cash or credit) and delivery method.
Sign the sales contract and make the down payment or provide LC documents.
Loading, issuance of shipping documents, and delivery according to the agreed schedule.
What are the LC Conditions?
Based on the Central Bank’s regulations for domestic Rial Letters of Credit.
A minimum of 10% advance payment and 10% interim payment upon submission of documents is required.
The LC maturity for goods purchase is up to six months.
Requires valid guarantees or collateral and buyer’s banking credit approval.
How long does it take for the shipment to arrive?
Depending on the type of product, order volume, delivery location, and shipping method, it usually takes 3 to 7 business days after completing the documents and initial payment. For export or special consignments, the exact timeline is specified in the contract.
What is the format of the sales contract?
The contract is prepared in writing, based on the country’s legal and commercial standards.
It includes detailed product specifications (steel grade, dimensions, weight), payment terms, delivery time, insurance, inspection, and the obligations of both parties.
A signed copy is sent to the buyer either electronically or in printed form.
Is it possible to purchase in small quantities or retail?
Our main focus is on bulk and project-based transactions. For small orders, please consult the sales department to find the best solution.
What payment methods are accepted besides LC?
Cash payment, bank transfer, and interbank systems (e.g., SATNA/PAYA) are acceptable depending on the amount and contract terms.
Is it possible to inspect the goods before delivery?
Yes. Customers can arrange inspections through accredited companies or their representatives, either prior to shipment or at loading.
Do Farafoulad products come with standard certificates?
Yes. All products are supplied with chemical analysis certificates, mechanical tests, and compliance with national and international standards.
How are shipping and insurance services handled?
Shipping is available via truck, rail, or ship depending on the destination. All shipments are fully insured, and coverage details are provided according to the contract.
